The Greater St. Louis Training Club's Assistant Trainers Course is six-month course that includes topics such as:

Our trainers' course is unique in that students can register to start the course at any time. See the dates below. In additional to classroom work, students apprentice in classes taught by GSLTC trainers including trainers certified by the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers and graduates from the Karen Pryor Academy for Animal Training & Behavior.

The Greater St. Louis Training Club advocates and delivers innovative force-free canine training.

Interested students can apply to become volunteer assistant trainers with the GSLTC and have the opportunity to progress to head trainer status.

$230 for 6 sessions, including books and supplies
